The main focus of the
shawl Ministry is to provide prayer shawls to those in
need of comfort and white baby blankets for baptisms.
The shawl ministry supports Ladies of Charity with baby
items, makes 132 hats each year for the Soddy Daisy
Headstart program, makes preemie hats for Ronald
McDonald house and our newest project, chemo hats for
Erlanger.
We sell items in the fall at church. With monies
earned we help out with church needs.
Most of our yarn is purchased by our knitters and
crocheters so donations are always greatly appreciated.
Join us on the first and third Thursday of the month
or help us by making items at home.
